A straightforward approach

Adonis Voyages uses personal information only to respond to travel inquiries, prepare requested options, communicate about a journey, and support an eventual booking. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not add form inquiries to unrelated marketing lists.

Information we collect

When you submit the travel planning form, Adonis Voyages may collect your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, destination or travel interest, preferred dates, number of travelers, estimated budget, trip details, and privacy consent.

How we use your information

The information is used to respond to your inquiry, understand your travel preferences, research suitable options, prepare personalized cruise, resort, or vacation proposals, and provide service related to a journey you choose to book.

Storage and form processing

This static website does not create customer accounts, use advertising or analytics cookies, or maintain a separate customer database operated directly by Adonis Voyages. When you submit the planning form, however, the information is securely sent to Formspree, stored in the Adonis Voyages Formspree inbox, and delivered by email so that we can respond. Formspree processes information under its own privacy policy.

Inquiry records are kept only as reasonably necessary to respond, continue the requested planning conversation, administer a booking, resolve a service issue, or meet applicable recordkeeping obligations.

When information may be shared

Information may be shared with cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, transportation companies, insurance providers, or other travel suppliers only when needed to research, quote, reserve, or service travel requested by you. Each supplier processes information under its own terms and privacy practices.

Travel information, pricing, and itineraries

Website content, sample itineraries, proposals, prices, availability, taxes, fees, currency conversions, inclusions, accommodations, vessels, ports, transfers, activities, and schedules are provided for planning purposes and may change until confirmed by the relevant travel supplier.

Travel suppliers may modify or cancel services because of availability, operational requirements, weather, safety considerations, government action, or other circumstances. Final bookings remain subject to each supplier’s payment, cancellation, refund, change, and service policies, which will be provided or identified with the applicable proposal or booking documents.

Traveler responsibilities

Travelers are responsible for reviewing final booking documents and maintaining valid passports, visas, health documentation, insurance, and any entry or transit requirements that apply to their journey. Adonis Voyages can provide general planning guidance, but requirements and provider policies may change and should be independently verified before travel.

Access, corrections, and deletion

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information previously submitted through this website by emailing adonisvoyages@gmail.com. Please provide enough detail to identify the relevant inquiry. Some information may need to be retained when required for an active booking, legal obligation, accounting record, dispute, or fraud prevention.
